The Academy has worked with a number of organisations to offer research and consultancy services including the DMC Consultancy and the Blackstone Foundation. |

Regular classes are held at both the local mosque and other venues teaching Islamic studies at all levels using established texts. Although covering all Madhabs most classes are based on traditional Maliki texts. The Academy also continues to organise Deen Intensive teaching weekends which continue to prove both popular and highly beneficial. |

The Academy regularly holds an English and Activities programme for teenaged boys from overseas but also supports the annual summer project organised by the Ihsan Kindergarten and Summer Project for local children of all ages. |

It is widely accepted that a healthy mind and a healthy body go together, or at least that the absence of one has a detrimental effect on the other. It then stands to reason that the Norwich Academy should play an active role in evolving and facilitating education and practical implementation of initiatives in the areas of health and medicine. The Academy is currently in the middle of a two year pilot health studies educational programme for young people and 'would be' practitioners. The first year consists of basic biology (plant and animal) and then a focus on human biology. The second year involves looking at diagnosis and treatments. |

Norwich Academy is accredited with the Open College Network (OCN) to teach basic skills literacy, numeracy and ESOL at a variety of levels |
